If a snow event(s) spans over 3 or more consecutive days, our crews will be dispatched to clear only your driveway to allow emergency access into and out of your home during the event. Once the snow event has ended, our crews will return to provide a thorough snow clearing service.
We use a combination of shovels, backpack blowers and snow blowers to provide the best level of clearing but occasionally in larger storms, we may plow residential driveways where accessible. The equipment we use is dependent on the snow event and the particular property we're working on. We always want to use the safest, most efficient way possible.
Our snow removal service includes the removal of all fresh snow accumulations down to the pavement. Our snow removal service doesn't include the removal of hard-packed snow due to foot/vehicular traffic or frozen snow/ice.
